This website, factoryjobs.eu, is operated by INTERJOB SOLUTIONS EUROPE LTD ("Factory Jobs EU", "we", "us"), registered in England and Wales, Companies House number 16561158, registered office 61 Lancaster Street, Warrington, England, WA5 1AL. We act as the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

2. What personal data we collect

We only collect the data you choose to give us. When you use our application or employer forms, or contact us by email, Telegram or WhatsApp, we may collect:

• Your full name;
• Your email address and phone / WhatsApp number;
• Your country of residence and nationality;
• The job sector and work experience you tell us about;
• Any CV or additional information you send us;
• For employers: company name and the vacancy details you provide.

We do not run advertising trackers on this site. Basic technical data (such as your IP address) may be processed by our hosting and form-handling providers purely to deliver the service and prevent abuse.

3. Why we use it (purpose and legal basis)

We process your data to provide recruitment and worker-placement services, specifically to:

• Match candidates with factory and manufacturing jobs in Europe;
• Contact you about suitable roles or, for employers, about candidates;
• Support work-permit, relocation and legal-compliance steps of a placement;
• Respond to your enquiries.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a recruitment service and taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract. Where required, we rely on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

4. Who we share it with

We share candidate data with prospective employers only to the extent needed to arrange a placement, and only when you have applied. We also use service providers who process data on our behalf (email delivery, form handling via Web3Forms, website hosting). We do not sell your personal data. Some providers may be located outside the EU/UK; where that is the case we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

5. How long we keep it

We keep candidate and employer data only as long as needed for recruitment purposes, and normally no longer than 24 months after our last meaningful contact with you, unless a longer period is required by law or to handle a live placement. After that it is deleted or anonymised.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR / UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you;
• Ask us to correct inaccurate data;
• Ask us to erase your data ("right to be forgotten");
• Restrict or object to our processing;
• Data portability;
• Withdraw consent at any time;
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

7. Cookies
